Victorian Village

Victorian Village, one of the key historic neighborhoods of Columbus, is immediately north of downtown and connects with the south end of the OSU campus.  It is a community of stately, 19th century brick homes on quiet, tree-lined streets. But despite Victorian Village’s quiet charm, exciting entertainment options are just steps away.

South is the Arena District, including Nationwide Arena, Promo West Pavilion, and a large and growing collection of restaurants, taverns, and live music venues.  East is the thriving Short North Arts District offering an eclectic group of galleries, specialty shops, restaurants, and coffee shops.

The primary thoroughfare is Neil Avenue, which features many of Victorian Village’s grandest, most architecturally interesting houses.  “The Village” offers a mix of single-family homes and apartment buildings…and several recently built condominium developments are also available.
